Note: Fadeba is not responsible for customer-related errors, including but not limited to:
- Typos or spelling mistakes in custom text
- Low-resolution or poorly formatted uploaded images
- Errors during size or style selection

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on non-sale items within 90 days of product delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or clearance products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling
- Items missing original packaging or tags
Free Returns for Defective Products

Return Procedure
Here’s how to return your item:
- Contact Us: Email support@fadeba.com with all required details to receive return approval and instructions.
- Package the Item: Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the return package.
- Ship the Return: Use your local post office or a trackable courier service. We recommend obtaining a tracking number.
- Confirmation: Once your package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of your refund or replacement status via email.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
- If you requested a replacement, it will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.
Return Window & Processing Time

- Refund processing: Within 7 days after receiving your return
