Order Exchanges
To avoid issues, we kindly ask all customers to carefully review item details (size, color, design, and quantity) before completing a purchase.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not process exchanges for incorrect size or design selections.
- However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct information.
If you need help during this period, contact our customer support team and we’ll gladly assist you.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- A 10% cancellation fee based on the total order amount will apply.
- If the order has already entered the processing or fulfillment stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 90 days of delivery. After this window, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Eligible Reasons for Returns/Refunds:
- Items arrived damaged, broken, or defective
- Incorrect item(s) sent (wrong size, color, or design)
- Significant difference from product description or images
- Item materially differs in quality, material, or features
Ineligible Items:
- Worn, washed, or altered products
- Items with damage not caused by Fadeba
- Missing original packaging or tags
- Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads) that do not affect usability
Returned items must be in original, unused condition, including all packaging and tags, to qualify for a refund.
How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund, email us at support@fadeba.com with the following documentation:
- Order receipt or shipping confirmation
- Proof of purchase (order number)
- Photo evidence of product damage or incorrect item
- Any related communication (e.g., email screenshots)
We will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of approval status.
Return Instructions
If approved, we will send you an email with the return address and instructions. Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Use a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number once available.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 7 days
- You will be notified by email once the refund is issued
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
If you haven’t received your refund within 10–15 days, please check with your bank or card issuer for delays.

- Our return and refund policy is valid 90 days from the delivery date
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit
